Refund policy

Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Different types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

* Gift vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
(if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially booked.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is booked.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only normally priced items can be refunded, clearance items unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at tim@qualico.be and send your item to: graaf van egmontstraat 14/2, antwerpen, antwerpen, 2000, Belgium.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit note for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver of the gift and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please send your product to: graaf van egmontstraat 14/2, antwerpen, antwerp, 2000, Belgium.

You pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to get your exchanged product to you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
